This is to inform you that pursuant to the code of fair disclosure, internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders ("the code") of the company and the SEBI (PIT) regulations 2015 , "The Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the company by promoters, directors, key managerial person and designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from 1st April 2026 till completion of 48 hours (both days inclusive) after the declaration of Audited Financial Results by the company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 2026.
The date of board meeting of the company for consideration and declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31st 2026 will be intimated in due course.
