Pursuant to regulation 25(10) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved to introduce Directors and Officers Insurance Policy (D & O Insurance) for Independent Directors in compliance with SEBI Circular dated 3rd August, 2021 read with the corrigendum, and the same would be made effective from 1st January, 2022.
