In this regard, please find enclosed the following: a) Scrutinizer''s Report dated June 30, 2022 pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20(4) (xii) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014. b) Voting results of remote e-voting and e-voting during AGM, pursuant to regulation 44 (3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
