With reference to above captioned subject and pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, read with the Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, we hereby inform you that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st April, 2022 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the Half Year and Year ended 31st March, 2022. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company''s Equity Shares. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the Financial Results for the Half Year and Year ended 31st March, 2022 shall be intimated to you in due course.
