With reference to our letter dated 1st February, 2021, whereby an intimation was made w.r.t. allotment of 59634400 warrants, each convertible into one fully paid up equity share of Re. 1/- each of the Company, at an issue price of Rs. 5/- each on preferential basis to Mr. Arun Govil, Managing Director and Promoter of the Company on conversion of outstanding unsecured loan. The issue of these warrants convertible into Equity shares was authorized by shareholders of the Company by passing Special Resolution through Postal Ballot on 26th December, 2020. In view of above, the Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 31st December, 2021 has allotted 29000000 equity shares of Re. 1/- each, upon conversion of equal number of warrants, as per the details given in attached file.
