Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September, 2022 along with Limited Review Report. 2. Change in designation of Mr. Maruti Deore (DIN: 02780312) from Non-Executive, Independent Director to Non-Executive, Non- Independent Director of the Company with effect from 14th November, 2022. The said Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results alongwith Limited Review Report is attached herewith for your reference.
