This is to inform you that 59th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of Duncan Engineering Limited will be held on Wednesday, 29th July 2020 at 10:00 A.M. IST through Video Conferencing ('VC') / other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM') to transact the ordinary and special business, as set out in the notice of AGM.<BR> <BR> This is also to inform you that Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 25th July 2020 to Wednesday, 29th July 2020 (both days inclusive) in terms of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the purpose of 59th Annual General Meeting of the Company as mentioned above.<BR> <BR> Please treat this as our formal disclosure under Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.<BR>
