Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we annex herewith press release on the commissioning of its 175 KL per day distillery at its Dwarikesh-Dham (Faridpur) unit in Bareilly district w.e.f June 24, 2022.
