DWARIKESH SUGAR INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 20/03/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is with reference to our earlier letter DSIL/2022-23/544 dated March 13, 2023, We wish to inform you that the record date for the purpose of interim dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year 2022-23 was inadvertently/erroneously mentioned as 'Monday, April 03, 2023'. The record date for the purpose of interim dividend, if so, approved by the board will be Friday, March 31, 2023. You are kindly requested to bring this information to the notice of all the concerned.
