| This is to inform you that as per Reg 15 (2) of SEBI (LODR) Reg,2015, the compliance with provision as specified in Reg 17,17 A,18, 19,20,21,22,23,24, 24A, 25, 26, 27 and clauses [b] to (i) and (t) of sub-reg (2) of reg 46 and para C, D and E of Sch V shall not apply, in respect of the listed entity having paid up equity share capital not exceeding Rs. 10,00,00,000 and net worth not exceeding Rs. 25,00,00,000, as on the last day of the previous FY. The Details of paid up capital and net worth of the Company as per last audited Financial Statement of the Company as on 31st March 2023 are as follows: (a) PAID UP EQUITY SHARE CAPITAL: Rs. 3,84,00,000 (b) NET WORTH : Rs. 11,87,35,807 We attach herewith a certificate issued by R. Subramanian and Company LLP, Chartered Accountants, certifying that the Company has not exceeded the limits prescribed under Reg 15(2) Hence the Company is not required to submit the Related Party Transaction disclosures as required under reg 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) | |
