Ecoplast Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2022, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022 and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>Pursuant to Company''s Code of Conduct on Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities has been closed from April 01, 2022 till closure of Company's business hours on May 29, 2022.
