| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that EFC Limited (wholly owned subsidiary of EFC (I) Limited) has subscribed 2,250 equity shares of EFC Tech in right issue offer floated by it, resulting EFC Tech becomes subsidiary of EFC Limited. Before subscription of right issue EFC Limited was holding 40% shares of EFC Tech and currently EFC Limited holds 51% equity shares of EFC Tech. | |
