In compliances with Regulation 32 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Company was listed on BSE SME Exchange as on 13th April, 2022. Therefore, as on 31st March, 2022 the Company was not listed on any platform hence, no proceeds were raised from any issue for the quarter ended 31.03.2022. Accordingly, the disclosure requirement as regard to Statement of Deviation and Variation for the quarter ended 31.03.2022 under Regulation 32 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 does not apply to the Company i.e Eighty Jewellers Limited. You are requested to take note of the above information under Regulation 32 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
