Dear Sir / Madam<BR> This is further to the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on Monday,<BR> September 7, 2020 and the meeting of the Rights Issue Committee of the Company held on ,<BR> approving the offer and issue of equity shares of the Company ('Rights Equity Shares') by<BR> way of a rights issue to eligible shareholders of the Company as on the record date for an amount<BR> not exceeding ? 350 crore in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue<BR> of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended and other applicable<BR> laws. ("Rights Issue"), as well as various terms of the Rights Issue.<BR> In relation to the aforesaid Rights Issue and pursuant to the finalisation of the basis of allotment<BR> of the Rights Issue in consultation with the designated stock exchange, BSE Limited, the<BR> Committee, at its meeting held today, i.e., 20th October 2020, inter alia, considered and approved<BR> the allotment of 53,794,768 Rights Equity Shares
