| Ekansh Concepts Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, inter alia, to consider and transact the following business - 1) To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023 and to adopt the report of the Auditor's thereon. 2) To consider any other matter with the permission of chair. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and the Company''s Code for Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitor and Reporting of trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by Directors, Designated Employees and their dependents has already been closed w.e.f. April 1, 2023 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after results are made available to public. | |
