The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e., August 31, 2022, fix the cut-off date, pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 on Thursday, September 22, 2022, for determining the shareholders entitled to the vote on the resolutions at 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) through remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM. The remote e-voting period will commence on September 26, 2022 at 9.00 A.M. and end on September 28, 2022 at 5.00 P.M.
