Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors through a resolution passed by Circulation dated March 31, 2022 have designated Mr. Jae Ho Song, Managing Director, as Compliance officer of the Company with immediate effect.
