It is hereby informed that as per the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company, to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 2022 till 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2022 become generally available information. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2022, will be intimated in due course.
