| ELECON ENGINEERING CO.LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/01/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve It is hereby informed that in terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 , a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled on Tuesday, 24th January, 2023 at Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Both Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2022 alongwith related segment wise financial results and other agenda. Further, we wish to inform you that as per the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company, to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company was already closed from Sunday, 1st January, 2023 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2022 become generally available information. | |
