Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to bring to your notice that M/s. Link Intime India Private Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company has received request for issuance of duplicate share certificate from the shareholder of the Company, who has reported the loss of their respective Original Share Certificate, details whereof are attached herewith.<BR> <BR> The said shares have been put in 'Stop Transfer' by RTA and they have been further advised by the Company to verify the particulars of the request and advise the shareholder accordingly. <BR> <BR> You are requested to take the same on your records. <BR>
