| ELECON ENGINEERING CO.LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 6/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve It is hereby informed that in terms of Regulations 29 and 51 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled on Friday, 6th November, 2020 at Vallabh Vidyanagar, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Both Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2020 alongwith related segment wise financial results and other agenda.<BR> <BR> Further, we wish to inform you that as per the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company, to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company was already closed from 01.10.2020 till 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30.09.2020 become generally available information.<BR> Please take the same on your records. | |
