Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and as per the information/documents received from the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent ('RTA') of the Company, please be informed that the RTA of the Company has received a request from a shareholder for sending the procedure of issue of Duplicate Share Certificate, in lieu of the Original Share Certificate having misplaced, the details of which are given in the attached letter.
