This is in continuation to our intimation dated November 4, 2022, regarding intimation of the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company for Voluntary Retirement Scheme ('Scheme') for eligible employees of the Company. We hereby inform you that the Scheme, which was implemented in the Company on November 4, 2022, was concluded on February 8, 2023. Pursuant to the Scheme, 14 employees have opted to accept the Scheme and the aggregate estimated financial impact of the same will be Rs.20.28 million.
