To discuss, consider and evaluate a potential Merger by Absorption of the EMA India Limited (''the Listed Transferor Company'') by Dynalog India Limited (''the Transferee Company'') by way of a Reverse Merger (''Proposed Transaction'') pursuant to Section 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013. 2.
