Emami Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 05, 2020 inter alia, to:<BR><BR>1. Consider the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors for the corresponding period;<BR><BR>2. Consider the proposal for declaration of an Interim Equity Dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21 (?Interim Dividend?).<BR><BR>In Company's letter dated September 29, 2020 the Company has already communicated closure of trading window of the Company from October 01, 2020 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020. Consequently, the trading window will remain closed till November 07, 2020.
