| Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19.05.2023 has approved the following: 1. Audited Financial Statements (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023 2. Recommended dividend @ Rs. 0.10 per share on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023. A copy of the Audited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) alongwith Statutory Auditors' Report with unmodified opinion is enclosed herewith. A declaration pursuant to Regulation 33(3) (d) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 regarding unmodified opinion of the Statutory Auditors on the annual financial result (standalone and consolidated) for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2023 is enclosed herewith | |
