This is to inform you that pursuant to Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated: April 02, 2019 and SEBI [PIT] Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed with effect from July 01, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2022. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2022 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all insiders/designated persons and their relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
