| EMPIRE INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 read with Regulation 47 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 25th May, 2022 Via Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter & financial year ended 31st March, 2022 and recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2021-2022 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Further kindly note that, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in the Company''s shares remains closed from 1st April 2022 upto 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022. | |
