This is to inform you that the Trading Window for the purchase/sale of the shares of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 1st October, 2022 for all the Directors, KMPs and Designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022. The Trading Window will open after 48 hours of the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022 to the stock exchange. Accordingly, all the Directors, KMP and Designated persons of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period.
