The Security Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has, vide its circular resolution dated August 7, 2024, approved allotment of 23,849 equity shares of the Company, of the face value of Rs. 2 each (''said allotment''). The equity shares allotted shall rank pari passu with the existing fully paid up equity shares of the Company. In view of said allotment, the paid up capital stands increased from Rs. 63,67,57,764 divided into 31,83,78,882 equity shares to Rs. 63,68,05,462 divided into 31,84,02,731 equity shares.
