The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., 11 November 2022 has declared an interim dividend of Rs.30/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each (300%) for the year ending 31 March 2023 resulting in an outflow of Rs. 46,17,90,600/- (subject to deduction of tax at source where applicable).
