We wish to inform you that 2,05,000 options have been granted to the eligible employees of the Company on November 26, 2022 under Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2006 (Scheme). The Scheme is in terms of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021. Further, the said options shall be vested over 4 years and exercise period will be 3 years from the date of vesting and the options carry the right to apply for equivalent number of shares of the Company.
