| The Board in its meeting held today i.e. May 13, 2022 has inter-alia recommended/ approved the following: 1.Re-appointment of Mr. Nikhil Nanda (DIN-00043432) as Managing Director, not liable to retire by rotation 2.Appointment of Mr. Seiji Fukuoka (DIN- 08786470), as an Additional Director in the capacity of Whole-time director, designated as Deputy Managing Director, not liable to retire by rotation (nominee of Kubota Corporation) 3.Appointment of Mr. Shiro Watanabe (DIN-09588547), as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent Nominee Director), liable to retire by rotation. 4.Appointment of Mr. Ravindra Chandra Bhargava (DIN-00007620) and Mr. Kenichiro Toyofuku (DIN-08619076), as an Additional, Non-executive, Independent Director 5.Mr. Vimal Bhandari (DIN-00001318) and Ms. Reema Nanavaty, as Non-executive, Independent director, effective from the closing of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. | |
