| In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A (1) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Escorts Limited ('Company') along with other shareholders of Escorts Securities Limited ('ESL') have entered into a Share Purchase Agreement ('SPA') with M/s. Choice Equity Broking Private Limited ('the Acquirer') a wholly owned Subsidiary of M/s. Choice International Limited, to sell and transfer their entire shareholding in ESL to the Acquirer, subject to obtaining all applicable regulatory approvals. Upon completion of the aforesaid transaction in terms of the SPA, Escorts Limited will sell and transfer its entire 40.444% shareholding in ESL and ESL will cease to be subsidiary of the Company.<BR> <BR> Details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are given below as Annexure 1.<BR> | |
