This is to inform you that in terms of Company's Code Conduct to regulate, monitor and report of trading by Designated persons, read with Regulation 9 (clause 4 of schedule B) of the SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window to deal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons (including their inmediate relatives) from October 01, 2023 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Un -audited financial results for the Quarter and Half year ended on September 30, 2023 to the public (both days inclusive). The Trading window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the company''s Un - audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half year ended 30.09.2023 to the stock exchange. The date of Board Meeting of the company for review and approval of the Un - audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2023 will be intimated in due course.
