| Essar Securities Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In compliance with Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 11, 2022 inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2021. In this connection and in continuation of our intimation regarding Closure of Trading Window vide letter dated January 3, 2022, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed for the Specified Persons from January 1, 2022 and shall remain closed till February 11, 2022.
