Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 read with the Company's Code for regulating, monitoring and reporting trading by Insiders (Code), the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Specified Persons of the Company from April 1, 2022 till 48 hours after the announcement of audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022. The date of meeting of the Board to consider and approve audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022, will be intimated separately. Accordingly, all the connected persons/designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
