| Essar Securities Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In compliance with Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 26, 2022 to Consider and approve inter alia the following items. 1. Audited Financial Result for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March 2022. 2. Audit Report for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2022. 3. Notice of 17th Annual General Meeting of the Company and Directors' Report for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2022. 4. Any other matters with the permission of the chair, if any. In this connection and in continuation of our intimation regarding Closure of Trading Window vide letter dated April 06, 2022, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed for the Specified Persons from April 1, 2022 and shall remain closed till May 26, 2022. | |
