We wish to intimate you that the Company has decided to give Corporate Guarantee in favour of Bank of India, Bank of Baroda and HDFC Bank Ltd. (the Lenders) for extending Working Capital facilities in favour of Ester Filmtech Limited, wholly owned Subsidiary of the Company for an amount of Rs. 1,41,80,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred and Forty One Crores and Eighty Lakhs only) (Working Capital facilities). Brief details in compliance with SEBI Circular Ref No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 is given in Annexure -1.
