This is to inform that as per Company's Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designates persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, employees, insiders, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the said Code, with effect from July 1, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2022. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2022 will be intimated in due course.
