| In continuation to our earlier letter dated 22nd March, 2021, intimating about the Board Meeting of the Company to be held today i.e 9th April, 2021 inter alia:<BR> <BR> 1. To recommend to the shareholders split/sub-division of equity shares of the Company from the existing face value of one Equity share of INR 10/- each to 10 Equity shares of the face value of INR 1/- each. <BR> 2. To fix day, date, time and venue for holding the Extraordinary General Meeting seeking approval of shareholders for sub-division of shares of the Company.<BR> <BR> In the regard, we wish to inform you that till 6:15 PM today, the required quorum was not present for the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company at the venue fixed for the meeting at the registered office of the Company. Hence, for want of quorum, the meeting stands adjourned sine die.<BR> <BR> We request you to kindly take the same on your record.<BR> | |
