| As captioned and refer to clarification sought with regard to Movement in Price of the shares of M/s. Evoq Remedies Limited (the Company) by BSE Limited. In this connection, we wish to inform you that we have no price sensitive information / material information which can result / has resulted significant movement in price of the Company's script.
