Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, the Board has approved appointment of Mr. Dinesh Bhagat (DIN: 10039806), Nominee of LIC of India, as an Additional Director with effect from 24th March, 2023. The details as required under SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09th September, 2015 are enclosed herewith as Annexure A. List of Directors on the Board of the Company with effect from 24th March, 2023 is provided in Annexure B.
