Dear Sir / Madam,<BR> With reference to the captioned subject matter and pursuant to Regulation 30 (6) of the Listing Regulations read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the said regulations, we are delighted to inform that on recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration committee, the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday, 28th July, 2021 has appointed Ms. Pooja Chauhan, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 28th July, 2021. As per the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant applicable Rules Ms. Pooja Chauhan will be the Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.<BR> <BR> Thanking You,
