LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April 2019 regarding trading restriction period and Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st July, 2020 till 48 hours after announcement / declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2020.
