Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, we wish to inform that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st April, 2023. The trading window would be opened only after the expiry of 48 hours of public announcement of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2023.
