Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and 'Code of Conduct' to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' of Fedders Electric and Engineering Limited (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company'), the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from October 01, 2022 till 48 hours after the end of Board Meeting wherein interalia: the approval of un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on September 30, 2022 would be considered and approved. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are intimated not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
