| Fedders Electric And Engineering Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a), Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (the said Regulations), this is to inform you that as required under Regulation 33 read in conjunction with Regulation 52 of the said Regulations, Notice is hereby given that meeting of Board of directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 11th February, 2025 at the Registered office of the Company at 6 and 6/1, UPSIDC Industrial Area, Sikandrabad Bulandshahr, UP-203205, inter alia, to consider & approve unaudited financial results for the Third quarter ended 31st December, 2024. Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report, trading by insiders, the Trading window for the dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed till the 48 hours of the declaration/publication of results | |
