Pursuant to the Code of Fair Disclosure (Including Determination of Legitimate Purpose), Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person(s) of FGP Limited and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, shall remain closed from Saturday, January 1, 2022 until forty eight hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results by the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2021. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2021, will be intimated in due course.
