Please find enclosed herewith Postal Ballot Notice sent today to the members of the Company through Email to cast their votes by remote e-voting only. Communication of assent or dissent of the Members would take place only through the remote e-voting system. The Company has engaged the services of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) to provide remote e-voting facility to its members.The e-voting period will commence on Tuesday, 15th November, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. (1ST) and ends at 5:00 p.m. (1ST) on Wednesday, 14th December, 2022. During this period, Members of the Company, holding shares either in physical or dematerialised form, as on the cut-off date, that is, Friday, 4th November, 2022, may cast their vote electronically. The e-voting module shall be disabled by NSDL thereafter. The results will be declared on Thursday, 15th December, 2022 at the Corporate office of the Company.
